Fish soup with frozen cod

Ingredients for 4 people:

a leaf of cod fried and peeled, 4-5 medium potatoes, 2 onions, 3 carrots, celery, extra virgin olive oil, 2 lemons

Implementation:

Peel and cut the potatoes into small cubes . Put them in the pot together with 2 onions, carrots, celery and olive oil. Let the vegetables boil for about 20 minutes then add the cod and let them boil all together for another 20 until the juice sets .. take out the cod on a plate, beat the remaining olive oil with the 2 lemons and pour half in the cod and the other half in the soup .. and enjoy!

Note: ΜDo not feel sorry for the olive oil because the fish has the ability to pull all the oil. To the ingredients, add 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil “Liofyto”.
