Information about Google Analytics
The Website uses Google Analytics for statistical audience measuring, e.g. to estimate the number of unique visitors, to detect the most preeminent search engine keywords that lead to our Website webpage or to track down website navigation issues. Google Analytics, which relies on the use of cookies, is the most popular service for the collection and analysis of data regarding the behaviour of visitors in websites.

Important note: On July 2020 the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) invalidated the EU-US Privacy Shield Framework, the mechanism through which companies could transfer personal information or data to the United States in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). After the decision, data transfers are based on Standard Contractual Clauses provided by Google (article 46 GDPR) and, auxiliary, on your explicit consent, according to the terms set by article 49.1b GDPR, in the absence of an adequacy decision.
The Website utilises the “Anonymise IP” function, which is offered by Google as part of the Analytics service. With this specific function, access to your IP address is anonymised by Google while you are accessing our Website. This function is regarded by data protection authorities in the EU as a best practice in the context of appropriate organization and technical measures taken to protect and secure your personal data.

Log Files
Due to the architecture of the World Wide Web, when you visit our Website, our server immediately records your IP address in special log files. Your IP address is considered “personal data”, even if we are not able to identify you based solely on that information.
