By accessing or using the Site, users explicitly, unreservedly and irrevocably agree to the following terms. In case a user disagrees with one or more of these terms, he/she should terminate the Site navigation and contact, if he/she wishes, the Company for any complaints.
The Company reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time and without justification. Therefore, users are strongly advised to check the content of these terms on a regular basis.
Intellectual property rights
Without prejudice to the rights of third parties, the Company owns all intellectual property rights related to the content of the Site (texts, trademarks, images, files, etc.) which is protected by the relevant national, EU and international rules. The domain name www.foufas-oliveoil.gr is registered in the official database of the Hellenic Telecommunications & Post Commission (EETT).

Users are required not to use the Site for the purpose of carrying out acts that may result in the prosecution or the initiation of any civil or administrative proceedings against the Company for unlawful acts, as well as for acts that could affect any rights or other legitimate interests of the Company or any third party.
By accessing and using the Site, you agree that any exclusions and limitations of liability set out in this text are reasonable and proportionate.
Applicable law and final provisions Without prejudice to any specific provisions, any liability of the Company is limited to intent or gross negligence through any act or omission. The present terms are governed and supplemented by Greek law. The courts of the City of Tripoli, Greece have exclusive competence to resolve any dispute that may arise.
